WHITE BEER

Bottle conditioned & Naturally cloudy Brewed to a tradiional recipe with unmalted wheat, Hoegaarden yeast and specific ingredients, white beer owes its name to its naturally cloudy appearance.After natural fermentation in the vat, the beer undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle which gives its characteristic straw yellow colour.

Colour : hazy & soft yellow.

Taste : refreshing, sour-sweet fruity & soft bitter aroma.
